Falsely Accused Network is one year's old today.
It all started with a simple add on Twitter now X and tik tok and the phone hasn't stopped ringing.
I genuinely didn't fully appreciate how widespread false allegations of domestic abuse were.
It became apparent that I needed to put a strong infrastructure to support people at the level we were receiving.
We've supported over 400 people in our first year.
Our position now is we have a UK national helpline, trusted solicitors, trusted paralegals and McKenzie friends and regulated therapists we can link people up with.
We've now launched a private app where our online support group is so people can receive further support and regular zoom meetings.
I'm proud of what we've achieved in our first year and I have big plans in the upcoming year so no one has to suffer alone.
